Free Bus Transportation

Classical Academy provides free bus transportation to Clifton residents who live more than 2 miles from the school. Eligible families are automatically connected with routing information upon enrollment.

Everything families ask most when getting started with Classical Academy.

Enrollment at Classical Academy is lottery-based. To get started, visit the school to pick up registration documents. Once you submit your application, our team typically follows up within days. We encourage families to apply early, as seats fill quickly. Schedule a tour using the calendar on this page and our staff will walk you through the full process.
Classical Academy serves students in grades 5 through 8. We currently have openings in 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. 8th grade is fully enrolled with no available seats at this time. If you are interested in a grade that is full, you may be placed on our waitlist and contacted if a seat becomes available.
No. Classical Academy is a public charter school. There is no tuition. Enrollment is open to any New Jersey resident at no cost to families. We are funded as a public school and are committed to providing a high-quality education free of charge.
Yes. Classical Academy provides free breakfast and free lunch to all students. A paid lunch option is also available. No student needs to go without a meal during the school day.
Classical Academy offers a classical education model with a STEM focus. Students have access to honors and advanced coursework in grades 6, 7, and 8, a STEM after-school program featuring drones and hands-on kits, Art, Latin, intramural Soccer, Volleyball, and Basketball, and clubs including STEM Club, Art Club, Chess Club, and Homework Help. Special education support and intervention services are available for students who need additional assistance.
Yes. Siblings of currently enrolled Classical Academy students receive priority during the enrollment process. If you have a child already attending and wish to enroll another, please let our office know when you pick up your registration documents so we can note the sibling preference on your application.
